For People Who Pre-Registered:

BRING AN I.D. FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES
You will be REQUIRED to provide an I.D. to verify your name.
I know some of you but the person at the door does not.
NO Money Matches Allowed on Saturday
There will be NO Money Matches allowed on Saturday. I understand you want to beat down on somebody and take their money but the OFFICIAL games has to get to a certain point on Saturday before any Casual gaming takes place. The Capcom Directors will certainly let you know when the time is right but for now, NO MONEY MATCHES on Saturday. Sunday is the perfect time to do Money Matches after the Capcom Directors states that stations are fully open for casual gaming. There will be open stations so don’t sweat, just don’t hinder the tournament.
For People Who Entered More Than 2 Games
It is YOUR JOB to let the the Bracket Directors know that YOU ARE participating in a lot of games.
They cannot keep track of everyone and must go through their bracket.
I personally don’t like disqualifying anyone but if you hold the tournament, the hammer will strike upon your name. Please make sure you let them know where you are going so that they can mark it down or at least give them a warning.

Alright just to clear this up,registration happens on Saturday and AE Teams happen on Saturday or Sunday? because it says on the first page under Saturday(1pm-AE Teams) then you got it saying under Teams Tournament (Teams will happen on Sunday).
Could I get some sort of confirmation that Nick Cam registered me for AE and MvC3??

When will the raffle be on? Saturday or Sunday?
Do people coming just to watch have to play the 25 dollar venue fee on top of the Spectator fee or is it just the Spectator fee alone? I ask cause I’m probably going to enter AE (and mostlikely pot monster -.-) but a few friends want to come watch.
