Yeah, I agree that a defeatist attitude isn’t really constructive. This is actually my first non-Ottawa tournament so while I’m nervous as all hell, I’m trying to look at it as a learning experience. I kinda see it as a chance to be around a lot of really good players and learn more things from playing them that would help me in the long run than I could learn by studying print-outs of combos.
I really just dont have the funding for it.
