You never mention m bison being able to punish blocked dive in st
Anyone know how the new horizontal Dive move works? EX Uppercut can cancel into it?
His 2nd ultra looks really good actually.
Mariodood: i think the ex condor spire is a juggle start up
he can do john talbain esque combos with like ex spire -> ex dp -> ex dive
I noticed Raging Slash looks more like a hit than a grab, DP - FADC - Ultra?
Doubt it, but would be amazing
Anyone have a link to that very entertaining T Hawk versus Abel Match in high quality?
As it stands right now, T. Hawk can’t FADC his DP, so that doesn’t work. If in the final build they let him FADC it, I’ll drop 720 in a second.
OMG!!!

Best ultra in the game hands down! So sick.
Opps fail on me (already posted)… but this is the 12 second youtube version.
On a side note… Gen is the ONLY char I haven’t seen yet.
Holy shit, this is really the best looking Ultra in the entire game! I’m so gonna main T. Hawk and show scrubs what it is to be crushed by a tank!
Damn I forgot you cant FADC his dp, but how about dp trade? I hear Gief gets both options for his air 720 with his lariat.
I guess you should be able to do EX spire -> Ultra II in the corner.
I second this notion!
In fact, it’s actually the video game representation of what I’ve dreamt of doing to two-move spamming trite-scrubs the world over… but in REAL LIFE! :badboy:
Finally something to actually look forward to in ‘Super’. :woot:
Holy hell. Raging slash is hands down the most brutal move I’ve ever seen in a fighting game. However, as incredible as it looks, I’m not sure if I want an ultra that purely depends on my opponent jumping… Then again, Raging Typhoon is dependent on my opponent being grounded. Looks like the dilemma the developers were going for with having two selectable ultras is in full effect with T. Hawk- I’d use Raging Slash against newer/aggressive players that don’t know the sacred rule of “never jump in unless you’re reasonably sure you can’t be punished for it”, and Raging Typhoon against more defensive players that tend to stay grounded anyways.
I’ll use raging slash against everybody except Balrog. Balrog NEVER jumps. Ever.
Raging slash + Full stored super meter, Double Typhoon = Cold sweats for opponent.
We will see how good raging slash connects though, because maybe it can’t connect if the opponent is close in the air.
Someone tried this at the Fight Club, it’s been confirmed that it doesn’t work.
It makes sense that DP trade > Raging Slash would work, possibly even anti-air jab DP > Raging Slash, considering how quickly his DPs recover.
Well, I’m not gonna make any assumptions like this until the final build. But the fact that it starts with a hit strongly suggests that you can combo into it somehow.
Maybe off an anti air lvl. 3 FA?
Probably, unless it’s a true airgrab or something.
maybe only the first hit needs to connect to go into the full ultra. something tells me they might have tweaked air grabbing in general
