I switched from a Competitor pass to a Spectator Pass and I was curious as to when the refunds would be sent out? I know there are a lot of things that still need to be done and what not. Sorry for bothering you and have a nice day (I couldn’t think of a way to close out this post)

(Not trolling) That was not clearly indicated. The problem (at least for me) may arise from the fact the front page says:
"If you have signed up for a tournament and want to switch to just a Spectator Pass
[LIST]
[*]Email support@shoryuken.com and let us know that you want to drop out of all the tournaments and buy a Spectator Pass instead."

Which is, in all fairness, a different set of instructions than responding to the specific email from Tom, as you have stated.
Not to mention Tom’s email itself states links to the page giving this instruction while simultaneously saying to reply to his email.

Anyway, thanks for heads up. :tup: I sent an email support@shoryuken.comas soon as the page was posted and have have not received a refund or reply… I just replied to Tom’s email, as you have instructed, and I hope it yields a better response.
Yeah its completely my fault. I forgot to setup forwarding for that email address, so there were a bunch of emails just sitting in the box. I just replied to them all.
