I started playing the game today (xbox version) and I notice that to get Athena and Red Arremer you have to beat 36 characters in survival mode. Is there some easy way to go through opponents or do I have to actually fight through every character?
Geese. Just build up bar till u get to MAX Mode and pull out the max mode combo
Standing close C, f + D, Evil Shadow Smasher (B)(2 hits), f + D, Evil Shadow Smasher (B)(2 hits), repeat
or whore Shin Karate or Akuma
Terry or Chun-Li work quite well. I’d also say Guile but I don’t know if the diagonal charge issues remain in the XB port.
P.S. Geese max mode combo above can be ended with either super (grab one if you’re close enough to the opponent).
Better yet you can do the f+D, hcf+B(2 hits) repetitions, then cancel either f+D or hcf+B(3 hits) to qcf+A, then raging storm.
I used Earthquake. Took me 2 tries with him. I’m unsure if that helps heh. I couldn’t do it with Shin Akuma.
Or just use Geese’s infinite.
