If they would have just gotten rid of the tired black stereotype (methinks she’s doing it on purpose for camera time), Alina would have still had her dumb alliance. Glad to see her fail.

Jane on the Old Team, as well as Yve (HOT) and Jimmy Johnson are the most interesting to me over there. This season looks fun.

I like the lesbo doctor now. Old team is awesome. You basically have some solid people in the old tribe: Lesbo ER doctor + fire captain black dude = these guys are used to high stress situations IRL so you know you can trust them the most when the tough gets going and will not panic. If coach Jimmy is smart, he’ll hang on to those two, the rest are kinda stupid and some are definitely stupid. The 1000 year old looking blonde woman is surprisingly strong though, she’d be pretty good to have on your side for a while.
Damn, Shannon got mad salty… I thought he was going to go far but at the first sign of adversity, he failed. He talks so fast but you can understand him: “I’mjust goingtogetthisoutintheopen: ARE YOU GAY?” HAH… that was awesome. I thought that guy was ghey, too.
I think Jimmy will go far but I think they’ll wise up and vote him off sooner or later.
But yeah, kudos to the drama… put alot of young people together, with different races, and include a very pretty girl = good reality TV.
The funny thing is, Shannon said he’s been married for eleven years. That means he got married when he was only 20!
This episode was good, hope more drama ensues for the rest of the season.

I think they purposely got young people who are either stupid, crazy, or dramatic in order to make it look like a battle of old people with smarts vs young people with physical strength.

Nuh Uhhn Ka? She doesn’t have the guts. She is clearly playing up Black Stereotypes for the camera, but her facial expressions give away her false mask. She wouldn’t even dare to do something like that, she’s not real hood. Fake-ass mactors are a norm on Survivor, unfortunately.

People strategize way too early on Survivor. Shannon was ousted because he was thinking Brenda was going to be a threat later on. Why would you potentially put your neck out like that for one, early vote?
Marty could be next, because he so concerned about the future and not the now. I’d rather go into the merge with numbers, instead of a weak squad. But, the Old Tribe is looking really passive right now, so he may just manipulate them.
