"Supernatural" on the CW - Thank you for the 15 seasons

Tonight’s episode was all kinds of… meh. The wife was hittable though but all the story bits were… meh. Jack the Cannibal reminded me of one of the monsters from the X-Files way back when.

Still don’t like NuRuby and the whole scene at the beginning really felt off with the demon and then the big confrontation.

Best part of the episode

[details=Spoiler] Had to be when Sam and Dean broke down the door to the apartment of the girl Jack the Cannibal was stalking only to find out he left her alone.

Next week looks much more promising.

I missed the beginning of the episode…but yeah, the episode was quite blah.

seems so obvious he isn’t done with the powers. Lacked a Castiel cameo. Every episode he has been in has been win.

Has Sam actually been doing Ruby on the side, or was that demon just talking some serious smack? I mean, in the last season, I would have most definitely said “no”, but with Sam being a bit loopy now, I’m starting to wonder…

The entire episode directly translates to Sam’s life.

They both have their “demons”(lol) and it’s all about controlling them Granted Sam’s isn’t as extreme as the one bite and you’re done rule but it still shows that something that starts off as “harmless” can lead to something that destroys innocent people.

I personally don’t think he’s done with his powers completely but I do believe he’s going to stop for a while.

I was also thinking… If Ruby is in a new girls body and that girl is alive still and Sam is having sex with her with out her consent is Sam raping a possessed girl?

yes… The first episode when she answers the door in her undies and sam is getting dressed was kinda obvious…

yes he is. He better hope dean doesn’t find out as Sam wasn’t there when the other girl mentioned how the victims are still their when possessed.

thats why god is really pissed lol…he’s just raping this poor girl over and over.

The ghost of the girl we call Meg told Dean though how she was still there while the demon went about doing its business and killing folk. So both brother know, although they didn’t mention it much this episode.

next week’s episode looks pretty promising. This week was just a metaphor of sorts about Sam’s current “problem”. Wellman is on point with the best part of the episode though haha

Yeah, next week’s episode (the homage to Universal Movie monsters that was talked about by one of the producers in a previous interview) looks like it’ll be fun. She said it was going to be almost entirely in black and white.

There’s not much we know about Ruby’s current body. I doubt Sam would be just fine with her just taking someone’s body, and then tagging it over and over…

Well, on one very real level, he’d be fine with it. If it ever does come up, which it should, I imagine we’ll discover her host was some brain-dead vegetable.

That’s even more immoral.

not to mention laying in bed develops all kinds of stuff like bed sores and muscle apathy. I realllly doubt thats the case. Especially since she is a demon who got removed from her other body. I doubt she would look for some braindead girl.

She isn’t pure at all otherwise she wouldn’t have been in hell in the first place.

Sam is heading down a terrible road and is too blind to see it.

Dean should have killed ruby though. He is protected by god right now. There was nothing she could have done to him.

I disagree. With the morality and the condition of the body being a big factor, that is. Remember those that die after demons have left them. Do we know if taking a corpse is an option?

However, I do agree that Ruby is evil. Sam isn’t, though. He’d have to be okay with whatever she told him.

We have never seen them take a corpse however yellow eyes killed the body after he was in it.

Plus I doubt Sam would fuck a corpse. Demon possessing it wouldn’t restore the bodily functions.

I was thinking that, too. Whatever he’s doing is immoral, though. Good for him !

Just picked up the first season on dvd so I’ll be slowly catching up.

This ep was genius!

looks for pizza coupons

Episode was great…black and white was an added plus.
And of course…the show displays the hotness.

that killed me…the whole Dracula thing. It’s funny how it goes from that scene to a bit where he has to deal with the pizza dude…even dramatically walking to the door in full costume…"Hold on…I have a coupon. Hilarious

Great episode!! Very light hearted, too. A nice change of pace. Dean was in great form, too!
