This issue’s actually pretty good. Lois lives as a black woman for one day in order to truly learn what it’s like to experience racism, and she even befriends an angry black activist who ends up accepting her after he finds out she’s really white.
As I’m sure you can imagine, this was around DC’s whole socially conscious phase in the 70s.

Cursing is not allowed in thread titles anywhere in SRK so I took “dickery” out of the thread title just to play it safe, since in that scenario it’s referring to Superman well, being a dick LOL! Any other suggestions for a thread title let me know and I’ll adjust.

one thing Ive noticed is that back then people were dumber so you had to spell out EXACTLY what the issue was gonna be about
example:lets say one the cover theres a guy falling off a building, the word bubble might say something like “superman please catch me for I am falling because lex luthor your #1 villain (who is back) pushed me off so he could distract you so he could go send some goons to kidnap louis lane!” then supermans thought bubble would say “I dont think Ill make it I might NEVER EVER SEE LOUIS AGAIN”
That type of cover persisted into the mid-80s, so it wasn’t that long ago. And mainstream readers today aren’t any more sophisticated. They’re just a little older.

A funny story about Superdickery:
I actually know the owner of the site personally. He and his family used to live on the same block as I did, and the first time I ever saw Doom (the game), was at his house. Also, we belonged to the same Synogogue.
The world’s a small place like that.
