Super Turbo (and possible other game) analysis stream, anyone interested?

That match was all about a series of CLUTCH moments, one after another. Amazing set from two amazing Ryu players.

Yeah, this isn’t happening. Real Life and other things keep on kicking this idea to the side. Sorry guys.

I am somehow not surprised. But I was thinking of all kinds of Ryu mirrors to analyze for the first episode.

Hey Fudd, Mizuki, can you guys start to promote the San Fran qualifiers? Its a week away, no one has any exposure to it.

Exposure would be great… I’m broke.

I don’t really know what else you’re expecting. I made a thread in the ST subforum and the Pac. North subforum. Southtown said they’d promote the tourney on their social media and the same with IPlayWinner.
Are you expecting me to hire a skywriter pilot or something? I mean, clearly the exposure is out there: you knew about it, but you didn’t even make your post in the ToL thread to bump it for us.

If only we had some kind of streamed show that did ST analysis or something, maybe we could tell more people about it.

I think we realized from the beginning that a Nor Cal qualifier was going to be a hard sell. For whatever reason, Nor Cal ST players seem to be online warriors and don’t show up to many events.

We tried to get the qualifier at Nor Cal Regionals for a better turnout since there would be out of town players there but there were no side tournaments allowed this year so that wasn’t an option. But Southtown Arcade has been great to work with and they’re willing to stream the tournament as well so it still worked out well in many ways.

We can ask Sabin and maybe the DBT crew to help plug the tournament on any upcoming streams, though ultimately we can promote all we want but it’s up to the players in that area to show up and support ST.
