This game looks pretty tight. Definitely playing Hwoarang. Also, just played some dude in AE on XBL named Latarian Milton bahahaha.

Anyone check that E3 shit out apparently Sony did some researching on 3D TV and are releasing a TV for the PS3 that essentially take advantage of how 3d TV works. Essentially if instead of sending intermittent information into each eye at a time, for one person, if you send the information by way of 3d glasses into the left eye of the first user(player one) and have the brain translate it to both eyes and do the same for the second user (player 2) except send the information only into his **right **eye then what they made is essentially 2 players being able to watch the same tv except see different images w/o some sort of ‘ghosting’ effect.

TL;DR

Sony researched 3D television for more than a single player. They made it so where you can play a multiplayer game on a single tv and have 2 seperate players see different images on the same screen. So split screen w/o the ‘split’.

I thought that was neat. I wasnt to impressed with 3DTV until i heard about that. That makes 3dtv a little more practical for future use. Could also make for some sick HT movie viewing experiences from different angles.

@Matt, yeah that shit is way cool. Here’s a vid!

@Jarv: That video is actually the Vizio TV making a composite 3D image and someone using some super ghetto-rigged glasses to isolate the images. It’s a cool idea, but kind of wonky because each player sees a distorted/stretched image because the aspect ratios are all fucked up. It’s not meant to be used like that, but it does work.

@Matt: Yeah, that shit is pretty good. Both players need active 3D glasses, though. But Sony is going to be selling a 24" 3D TV + Glasses bundle for $499, it’s actually a really good deal.

Yea mike is right man that is not the goods that sony was showing at E3. that actually looks like complete garbage lol. sorry…

good gaming TV +120hz+3d+glasses you can use on any 3d TV. Really good deal. damn good deal.

I can almost guarantee that $499 TV will be GARBAGE for fighting games.

I don’t think anyone into fighting games would be using it for one?

RE: That youtube vid–whoops, looks like I need to fact check things my friends send me!

yea if i got that TV it wouldnt be for fighting games in the first place. i still prefer the old non 3d asus/aquos or just SD tvs. games like wipeout or co-op games would be fantastic.
