Super Street Fighter IV for the PC?

To quote wikipedia:

The game will be released in Spring of 2010 for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 at a lower price point, with Capcom hinting at bonuses for people who own the original Street Fighter IV.[15]

Does this mean that the Super Street Fighter IV sequel will not be released right away on PC? Only XBOX 360 and PS3?
