So the Vewlix Layout on TE S, will it have slight down slope like on TE?
Or will this Vewlix Layout of TE S be the real?
Ehh Honestly I’m not caring to much about this… I mean I see better modding possibilities with custom images but I still find myself saying meh… Slimmer isn’t necessarily better, I like the weight/hold I get when I’m holding my TE in my lap as its well balanced because of its size… I only see this S edition moving a lot side to side… Plus… I got my TE stick for only $94 and that fact alone made me feel like a giddy little school boy…
This looks about the same size as the SE, deffinitly not smaller and the SE sits fine on my lap with no weight issues so I don’t think that will be a problem with this stick. I like the artwork on this stick but just somthing about it turns me off.
I’m just gonna mod my SE and stick with that one for now

Got in touch with my friend (TongariDan from Unity, he’s the guy who’s playing in most of the videos that WickedElement posted). Apparently, when playing one guy using Adon, the guy asked him to stop and asked if Adon had no focus. Apparently, with the stick he was using, MP+MK would sometimes not work. Dunno why they never mentioned it to you or the Capcom staff.
Noticed that the button colors were different on PS3 (all grey/black) and Xbox (red/green/yellow/blue). Is this true?
Almost makes me think that maybe Hori bought up all the available white buttons for the HRAP-V3 SA.

Just wanted to say that I’m looking forward to the new design. Nate explained to us what was new for this one coming out. I was using it during the tournament at fight club. Keep up the good work bro!

Also, there is about 1.25 inches cut off in total from the side panels, the stick still feels comfortable in the lap. Ask anyone at FightClub or at CES who played on the sticks in their lap. I’m sure they can attest to that.
This is essentially a new look for the TE. Not a replacement. It will live alongside the Round 2 and any other sticks we release in the future.
Also to those asking about the button placing/layout, it is the same as the original TE. Not the exact (to the mm) Vewlix/HRAP V layout. The overall build quality has been improved. You’ll see with the cable storage door and the side panels fit/finish.
The weight is not an issue. As explained in an earlier post, this stick is not sacrificing the heft of the TE at all.
Will the keychain be available to people overseas?

i really like the black on black 360 version (nothing a rnd 2 stick + button swaps and art’s full acrylic)… so i’m halfway there 
other than what looks to be that the wings have been clipped off, i really don’t see much of a difference. of course i’d have to see it next to the t.e. or have them next to each other for size and weight comparison to be for sure. i’ve got three sticks - i really don’t need another with no huge benefit compared to what i have. still badass tho…

I remember my original 360 TE shipped with a defective PCB (roundhouse no worky) and I had to send it back to Madcatz. Looks like a similar deal occurs in the walkthrough demo.

well this new te seems to be just like the te except with the sides gone and its a bit slimmer. So i would believe the full faced plexi for the TE will fit on it, tho doesnt the TE “S” already come with a plexi?
It is same stuff as TE.
No separate removable acrylic.
