I really liked this game. Should we start a sign petition at Change.org? It wouldn’t be to hard for Capcom to make a 1080p port with cross play right?
The game is already 1080p according to Sirlin’s site, I can’t remember if there was some debate about that. From the site:
“Every single piece of art in the game is redrawn in 1080p HD. That includes backgrounds, characters, endings, menus, and—well—everything. Udon Comics drew most of it.” There was a lot less detail in the art than what was initially pitched, which would do more for the quality than just adding resolution. There’s an image out there that I’m sure someone will post.
Not to mention that most people that played HD Remix either went back to ST or Hyper Fighting out of preference, and play via PC. I personally enjoy the game, but I don’t think I’d have any cause to buy it again.
I want this on Steam TBH.
