Yes, but they all flash a lot when they are charging. Little Mac doesn’t flash during the straight punch

I think his recovery move is based on his meter. When used against Link it has a red hitspark, but when he used it off the stage it was blue.

Judging by what Sakurai said for the pic of the day I’m wondering if that applies to all of his Specials…Like when when you get access to the K.O. punch does your next special attack that you get use get those properties? Like I said before…That’s fucking dangerous. That counter is situational but it’s a whole different ball game when you’re facing Mac and he’s been using his specials but then you realize that he’s stopped using them and and his K.O. meter is up. You could carelessly be trying to go in on Mac and you’re suddenly getting counter K.O’d. Of course this could also limit the mac player because if he wants to keep the K.O. potential he can’t use his specials at all until the right moment…meaning that if you tossed him far enough off the stage he’d have no choice but to waste it on an Up B. This is just me theorizing right now though…NEED MORE INFO…

“Standard Special Move.” So I’m pretty sure it’s just his neutral special that changes into the one hit KO star punch.

Ok then, if the basic uppercut changes to OHKO, that make it even better. That shit is comboable from jab guys.

If I’d have to speculate on power meter, it’s probably like in Super Punchout: Hit a bunch of times without getting hit yourself. This could reward being a smart player if the rates are good.
