I think he means randomness. I would like to hear this too.
I’ll do both:
Battlefield: Check the stages on the website.
Randomness: Alot of characters just look freaking crazy. (land mine) And if the the game DOES offer the ability to turn items off, would that apply to the smash balls? Will players consider smash balls fair and not random? Argh! Suspense!
I’d be completely happy without Smash Balls honestly, I never play with items unless I’m bored. Regardless it is cool and unless they do omega damage I wouldn’t mind them.
I hope in online mode you can set the options for items and stuff as host, though that could backfire quite easily.
Is it possible to have team matches online or just free for all?
Weird characters aren’t gonna mess things up. Whether or not Smash Balls can be is a different story. Either way, SSBM tournaments were fine for at least 2 years with items so I don’t think its that big of a deal. Many smashboard tournament runners are saying if exploding capsules are gone (or can be turned off) then items will be at Brawl tournaments anyway (at least the first few).
Until Golden Hammer came, I was thinking that the items in this one would be more balanced out (which they still may be). I really wouldn’t have minded some of the items in Melee on in tournaments… but exploding capsules messed that up. The majority don’t really make the game any less competitive so I don’t care if items are still allowed… it will probably still be tourney worthy.

I have kind of always thought that exploding capsules were gay and every item had a weakness anyway. So cool.

I really hope Sakurai incorporates items as some sort of non-random factor like a pseudo-assist…
It’d be interesting to have a point system where you can distribute items between 4 options. Have 5 different Smash Balls on one button, or maybe 2 Pokeballs, a Smash Ball, a Curry and 100 Mr. Saturns. Items are a part of Smash but they’re too random 
Yeah, I had those in mind. This game just looks like, 50 times more crazy than Melee or SSB ever were.
I don’t know, I am loving how crazy his eyes look and the fact that they have him just shoot the hell out of everything is interesting. Add to the fact that it seems to give him or whoever is still standing health back is also nice.
Sure it does seem lazy compared to some other smashes but they can’t all be super transformations and hyper death beams.
well well well…can’t say i was surprised to see Mr. Resetti and i’m pretty glad he got put in as an AT…I think even though he’s practically useless in battle he’s still gonna be hilarious when he shows up…was I the only one who laughed when they saw this update?

So wait is he going to say that everytime he pops out? That seems like it would become annoying.
My guess is it is supposed to be annoying and visually disruptive, just like Nintendog blocking the screen. Except Mr. Resetti lasts longer, and the last picture implies he puts people to sleep? (In the last shot where he calls them by name, Kirby and Pikachu are next to him, and both are asleep.)
I wonder if they would put Nights into smash cause all he does is fly?
an ok item update. mr resetti should’ve done this:
if in stock mode: everyon gets all thier stocks back.
if in timed mode: timer should reset.
