in a previous vid they showed at E for all, Wario appears with he same gun and blasts zelda with it, turning her back into a trophy. He then grabs her and takes his leave. It shoots a weird blackish beam with an arrow at the end

With all the lackluster updates appearing since December, it made me forget that there was an awesome Adventure mode :wow:
Exactly. My thoughts? Just like how you would end up losing one Princess to Wario (depending on which one you save), Iām willing to bet that you will probably end up losing one of the monkeys (DK or Diddy) in a similar fashion to Bowser, depending on another condition.
Seeing how Diddy has been getting a lot of screen time compared to DK, Iām willing to bet that the āTeam up with Foxā moment happens if Diddy is the one who ends up fighting Bowser and winning, with DK getting turned into a trophyā¦
Any way, awesome update. Since the SumaBura engine was originally based off of the Kirby Super Star engine, itās kinda funny to see it being retro-actively used in order to make for a platformer mode, similar to KSS. And I, for one, couldnāt be happier about that. Especially since that GC Kirby game shown at E3 like 2 years ago has all but vanished at the momentā¦
well for me, notable wtf moments from the video were:
Ike teamed with Bowser, random Arrow-Pointing-Right-Mobile, and Metaknight teamed with the Iceclimbers.
also, finally seeing lucas in action, i was really impressed by his fluidity.
Cool vid, gotta admit.
So far, we know that:
- Wario and Bowser are statue-fying people for some odd reason.
- Bowser baited the Kongs by having his men steal DKās banana horde.
- At some point, Fox saves Diddy Kong from an angry Rayquaza.
- Mario and Sonic have at least one adventure level together (remember, according to a past update, you canāt just pick any character at any point).
- Luigi and Captain Falcon are still nowhere to be foundā¦

EDIT: Bonus Wario costumesā¦whatever. But this does mean something for characters that matter like Lucas, even though he isnāt really important. Ness is and that will not change. So weāre back to Square 1 again. Luigi, Daisy, SA-X, Dark Samus, Falco, and the list goes on. But weāll see how this update plays out.
