See, normally I would agree with that 100%. Thing is, Bowser Jr really does have a good chance to be a character as he was an important villain in more than one Mario game, so we might just see one more Mario character. If I had to choose between the two, Bowser Jr is more important.
I was really pulling for Waluigi to be playable. I’m actually one of his rare fans. He has loads of personality and is hilarious (Think of the crotch chop from Strikers). Oh well, another good AT I guess.

Agreed. But at this point, I think they’ll just keep silent on whomever might be that last 3rd party character for a while now. And unless I’m mistaken, I don’t think they’ll allow Konami to double-dip into the roster, so unfortunately, no one like Simon or Goemon is probably going to be added.

First of all, there’s a new AW game coming out for the DS REALLY soon. It would be cool if they pulled a character from that new game, and, like Roy in Melee, just use him/her as a good vehicle to help advertise the upcoming game.
Sure, it’s going to hurt that no one, like Sami, may actually get considered for the roster. But since the new game takes place in a new reality separate from the past Advance Wars, I guess it would just have to be a thing of “out with the old, in with the new”.
YEA WALUIGI CONFIRMED FOR BRAWL. Man I can’t believe I went to sleep earlier when I never miss an update and they put the update I was waiting for. I expected Waluigi to be an assist trophy so I don’t mind him not being playable.
Watch out because Waluigi is going to “WAH” and kill you when you least expect it.
Damn I was hoping Waluigi was gonna be playable. He’s by far the best one of the mario villains, he’s always a dick in every game he’s in >_<

They might as well show it on the dojo anyhow seeing as the japanese will get it in like 5 or 6 weeks anyway. And a lot o SRK’ers have homeboys in japan. we will eventually find out.
True, I’m curious to see who is the starting lot. I don’t think some of the E For All demo people will be available, but the original people showed in the first trailer seems to fit it.

Man, I wish I could set Google Reader to only accept interesting Smash Bros posts (aka posts that only deal with characters and gameplay). Whoa, something about events or whatever! I don’t know what it is, because when I saw the title and glanced at the pictures, I immediately closed its tab!
This update isn’t that bad…I actually find it interesting. This is the start of another week guys…let’s hope he brings the good with the bad…and I always say to myself…‘at least he’s doing this stuff now and getting it out of the way’ cause the closer we get to Feb 10. the more hyped we’re gonna be…would you rather hear about how to turn your wii on now? or while you’re frothing at that mouth around the end of Jan?
