Snake seems to be getting the shaft, and among the younger audience (Vast majority) I don’t seem him getting much play. I thought a cool second level would be people fighting ontop of the Shagohad (Sp?) While periodically jeeps would shoot rockets and stuff or the Shagohad would go crazy.
It probably also has to do with the fact that, honestly, we still DON’T know much about Snake. For us to have been aware of his presence for over a year, he wasn’t available for play at E 4 All, we still don’t know what all of his moves and their properties are, nor do we know what his Final Smash is (I’m willing to bet a timely Metal Gear strike). It’s rather surprising that, in the end, we know more about Sonic, considering we came to know about him later, while Snake, we still don’t know much about, beyond what the Dojo has told us already.
Once the cat is officially let out of the bag, I think we’ll see people drift more towards Snake’s general direction. Still think that we should have gotten Simon Belmont (based on his manly appearance from the classic NES covers!) instead, but whatever.

I suppose when Snake is shown in full more people will, but like I said younger audience will avoid Snake and his mullet like the black plague. I hope he at least has his tranq. gun to use, be funny to put someone to sleep with it.

Wow @ the thought of them really letting the guys who did the God Hand OST go crazy. God Hand’s sound track was awesome. I wouldn’t mind hearing their version of some of the more famous classics.
I have that as my default Ringtone. In any case Chem Plant would be cool but I was thinking in terms of stages that sort of represented old school sonic and could make a good conversion into a smash stage. That’s why from my POV I’d say it’d have to be a pinball themed stage or Death Egg for the second stage.

Exactly. I think their kind of musical style would go over well, for anything ranging from Metroid, Sonic or even remixes of 8bit stuff like X and etc. The sky’s the limit, and I hope that everyone on that list that Sakurai so touted got a chance to cut loose.

In any case…Quiche remember we don’t necessarily need the stage in order to get the music. We can get the music without the stage so I vote we get it that way. City Escape…the only thing I can think of that would be interesting from that stage in its transition over to smash is it would HAVE to have the Big Ass fuckin truck that takes up 2 lanes…AND the side walk. (How many people were hurt/killed during that chase!?)

Heh heh, it’s one thing to be able to kick around and KO the Pokeymans, but Bonsly gets to be like the second Pokemon you actually get to chuck at people (if we count Electrode, but you still had to wait til like 10 frames or less to be able to to actually pick it up and chuck it). I like the sound of this.
Man, the wait til the 24th of January is going to be oh so long…JP Wii and JP SSBX are basically my real Christmas present and that just makes it even more torturous to wait.
