I also have to wonder how laggy Metaknight’s moves will be. Either Ike will be quite decent against him or be his easiest match-up.
(I’m still somewhat happy that Ike “sucks” though. Let’s just hope that Metaknight and Sonic aren’t “godlike”.)
I don’t mind Sonic being good…him being mid-tier would be aye ok with me cause that would mean i’d have to work harder for my wins. I just don’t want him to be broke…it sounds like they tried to make him semi hard to control to balance it out…but eh…

Nintendo will make a killing of this OST, with the sheer amount of songs they are remaking (or not for old school themes) for this game.
Watching videos, it looks like he recovers pretty damn fast after most everything. I honestly didn’t see any sort of weakness in his gameplay.
Probably why most reviewers that played the demo ranked him as the best character in the demo >_<
i figure that he is really linear like cable, so if you can outmaneuver him, you can probably get in on him, considering he isnt that fast from what i heard, and since his moves are all multislashes, making a mistake probably would cost him a bit.
As quiche said, the new Advance Wars: Days of Ruin replaces the world and the COs with a new, darker setting. I don’t actually mind since the new character designs actually look great. What if we encounter a similar situation that Roy did back in Melee, and a character from Days of Ruin shows up in Brawl before or around the time their game is released? I admit that the likelihood of Advance Wars characters showing up as anything other than trophy assists (like the infantry/tanks) is kind of low, though.

From what I’ve been seeing, Meta Knight can rack up the damage, but he doesn’t have many kill moves. Kinda like Kirby in Melee, I suppose. He could deal the damage, but there were only like 2 moves you could kill with. By that time, you’d either be near dead yourself, or just plain get killed at a low percentage. Interesting because Meta Knight was said to be heavier, but has insane recovery options.
I really hope Kirby is buffed this time. Over indulge yourself, Sakurai!
wow…I never really heard it before until now since i was actually listening for it…wow that shit’s hardcore lol. I guess i didn’t hear it cause i was expecting him to have the whole transylvanian/spanish accent and what not. That and the loud ass music blastin. lol
that is my favorite win theme from smash ever thus far, maybe bowser will get his own evil rendition of the mario win theme.
also, if Metaknight had Ourobouros, they might as well call him Strider… Doctor Doom for Assist Trophy!!
