ahhh…on screen appearances…kinda meh as an update…kinda funny to see lucus riding in on something that looks like it came from nightmare before christmas. I’m so glad that these are back though. I always enjoyed the way how everyone had their own individual way of coming to the battlefield in 64. Sorta set the mood and made the fight feel just a tad bit more epic then all the characters just…poof…appearing…

Edit: I don’t think Chaos control is Shadow only. Seems like Sega is trying to make it out like hedgehogs are the avatars of the choas emerelds or something.
Sonic CAN use Chaos Control. And as far as I know Sonic, Shadow, and Blaze are the only ones that bring out the full power of the emerelds.
Or Tails drops him off with his plane, but that would piss off people who wanted Tails in Brawl.
Luigi was on my squad…but they pussified him in melee…they need to fix his personality.

The only way Snake’s entrance could get better would be if there was a stage where it rained.
And you might be right about Smash needing another female, outside of the genderless Pokemon, all you got are Samus, Peach, Zelda and the Ice Climber girl. But the question is what other popular Nintendo series could they pull a girl out of for Smash.
They can add cross-dresser Luigi…

Speaking of poor Lucas, why the hell does Mr. Saturn(s) have a tea table? I can’t recall any of them having arms…or much of a body–even though the legs of the table seem flexible, it seems completely worthless to have a table that would have to be that low to the ground for them to get a simple drink.
And now for something completely different, especially since people like to attempt predictions and play-theory fighter in this thread. I recall saying earlier that Kirby would likely not have enough powers to use in normal form if he was allowed to absorb anything but other fighters and maybe their specific items. While I do not disagree with this, I’ve come across two videos that make me think they could finally pay more homage to Kirby’s older power sets:

With the inclusion of the Waddle Doos, I can definitely see them being absorbed so that we can get Beam Kirby, as I’m sure a lot of people thought about when they (read: Sonichuman) mentioned it.
That said, I’m just curious what other people think would be fitting for the characters that we already know are in the game. I’ll post my own list later when my home computer starts working again and I don’t have to post from campus.

Well the fake emereld had similar properties and still had alot of energy according to the story in SA2.
