I am a HUGE smash fan, but your opening a huge Pandoras Box here… This thread is going to get huge and pointless really quickly.
So why start now? 99% of the thread is not going to matter. Imagine trying to apply that thought to Halo3 b4 Halo3 came out. There is no real way to have an intelligent discussion, on the topic with out even having some time to play it.
I think speculating on what the game will be like is one thing :tup:, but trying to analyze, set rules, and do everything else will not be productive. Considering no one really has played the game. 
It’d be funny at first but then you’d be like…aight…i gotta rep him now… and mario and ryu can do a team battle and do both of their Dp’s. If i was to give him a final smash it would either be the kamehameha shinku hadoken from the vs. series…or a shinku tatsumaki where the wind pulled in characters from a certain distance.

I agree it should be taken with a cup of tea, but gameplay wise, unless they change it alot… which I don’t think so, you can watch matches that the press have had on the links I provided. But I agree and will make it clear, I don’t want pointless opinion based things. I was more aiming towards, should we have a 5 stock limit, or things like that, that aren’t as dependent on the actual gameplay, though we can certainly have an idea through the press, though they seldom play competitively or well. hehe

Nintendo are so smart…they know peeps are going to shell out mad money for this game in february, but since the holiday season is coming up, and Galaxy is expected soon(which will also sell like hot cakes), they can juice up their profit much more efficiently by releasing smash in the dead season. Its not like they have any other monster titles lined up.

Hopefully, Nintendo may be pushing Brawl back so they could launch after the HDD they’re bringing out (or at least an update to boot from SD cards). This could probably be one of the first games with DLC on the Wii. I would highly doubt this but one can dream :wgrin:.
