Super Skrull Combos 2.0

i’ve been doing a bit of work with skrull yeaah he can def get 700 off a normal non assist combo. I gotta find the power to my hd pvr and i will up load the combo

I thought I already posted the first one… oh wait I put it one of my videos, but I didn’t show the whole thing.

Using the Ise loop is pretty fun, but a bit hard in real match.

Say whaa? I do that combo in matches every chance I get, most of the time I will only do 2-3 reps but yeah it’s practical enough. I’ll try to post up a mach vid later on today with it being used in a match.

The loop I find hard to pull off in a fight is that blasted tenderizer loop

I was thinking online-wise, but in a local match yeah its not too difficult, but I don’t use it since it’s not the first thing that I think of after I launch. I mostly try to combo the charge moves which have some pretty strict timings.

I never want to try the infinite, I have a feeling it’ll be patched.

I trained with Skrull in the lab until a few minutes ago, and I don’t know why I have such a hard time to dash after a “Elastic Slam→dash→Jump Down H”. I tried to dash and input asap the “stand LMS” sequence, but Skrull seems to be freezed in a long recovery…o_O

elastic slam > air dash > d.H might be more convenient for you, it’s what i use

I think its easier to dash after the j.d+H by just tapping forward twice. Once you get used to the timing its hard to lose it.

I already got used to the “Jump Down H⇒Dash⇒Stand LMS” sequence but I dunno why my Skrull is locked (long recovery?) after a “Elastic Slam⇒Air Dash⇒Jump Down H” sequence. May be I need to train more…

It’s bit of a strict time sequence, but keep trying to get used to his recovery time. Sometimes I double tap forward twice before he recovers and he dashes for me.

Well, I was able to get 805,000 off ground magic series > air magic series > Inferno > Skrull Torch. Tricky stuff, but nice extra damage. I’ll record it when I get my PVR.

I’m nominating Skrull for “hardest character to play that still uses magic series.” Funny, but true.

Learning to delay his Air magic can do wonders for him. EX: comboing charge moves much easier.

I do Elastic Slam, land, dash with two buttons > S ^ combo. You just have to push S as soon as you dash.

Thanks, No Cigar. Will try asap!! May I also use some good assists to stabilize and/or extend my Skrull Combos. For example, what about calling Haggar’s lariat right after a Jump Down H? How far can I extend my combos with Wesker? I was thinking about calling Wesker after ending a first air magic series, call him, 2nd air magic series (may be reduced to Jump MS), Jump Down H, Inferno??
