SFIV Las Vegas players

I have yet to play anyone in my own area on XBL (or at least none that I am aware of) so I made this thread to gather gamers who reside in Las Vegas. Post your gamer tags and maybe we can get some matches in. I would really like to play people who are in the same city.

I’m down for the practice and learning. I mostly play with Dan, Cammy, Fei Long, Sagat & Boxer. I just reactivated my XBL account, since no one was hardly talks on PSN.

does no one good play these???

all i fight are scrubs that have problems with their execution, jump a lot, or shoryuken in between my combos

I play I have run into some really good Brazilian players. And some nice cammy players.

Best matches I have played have been player matches.

REmember, that the skill searching is all based on BP.

So, unless your BP is high (3K or higher) you should be doing Custom Search -> More Skilled.

Guarantee that method will find you some good competition.

That’s where I get all my ranked games at, sad to hear I’m not very good (BP 23-2500 on a good day) Anyway if u want I’m usually on and my Fei isn’t too bad.

Well, don’t get me wrong…bp does not equate to skill…its nothing more than a VERY loose and widely abused estimate of your success in ranked matches…nothing more.

But once you get above 3K in BP, there are really only a few types of player…boosters, people who are of a moderate skill level, and high level players…the boosters will quit on you when you trounce them, and the skilled players will really test you.

I’m at 2500 bp, all obtained with Guile…so I am pretty proud of that. I’m sure I could main Sagat and get to 3500-4000…but I hate sagat with a burning passion that knows no limits.

I’ll take my chances with Guile, for better or worse.
