This looks awful. By “90s fighting games” he just seems to mean Mortal Kombat and ONLY Mortal Kombat. It just looks like Tattoo Assassins or Way of the Warrior.

It sucks that still no one is able to do this style as good as MK did it over 20 years ago.

They somehow managed to make something worse than Tattoo Assassins. There aren’t even any names on the health bars.
