The stream wasn’t working at all during the tournament, so it got laid to the way side.

This has already been explained.
The wi-fi provied to us at UCI did not allow streaming protocol. We even had a Twitch TV technician try to fix the problem but that’s the way UCI’s wi-fi worked at the Student Center.
You also pulled the same crap in the NEC thread. Most ST tournaments now don’t have the luxury like SFIV and all the newer games that are official tournament games with professional streaming groups like Spooky and Level Up running streams for them with full access to the internet at the venues. Until you start running tournaments of your own that are streamed, you have no business criticizing anyone.
I believe it is important to have matches recorded, as then you can revisit the most epic moments of the tournament and understand what led to them. I watched all videos from '11 SBO yesterday and it was interesting. YuuVega going through Ken’s shoryureppa will always be amazing. I felt sorry for him for screwing up twice against D.
