Let’s rebuild the Davis fighting game scene!

Sessions every Sunday from 2pm to 9pm in West Davis.

We have four PS3 setups, but if you have your own PS3 stick, please bring it.

Now running $2 tournaments!

What: $2 Double Elimination Tournament
Games: Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition 2012; Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3; King of Fighters XIII.
Format: All games are on Playstation 3.
When: Sundays. Signups start at 2pm, brackets start at 3pm. We’ll shut it down after the tournaments are over, or at 9pm.
Where: Directions.
How Much: $2 entry per game goes toward prize pool. Donations are accepted.
Prizes: Prize pool is split amongst top two players.

We try to keep drinks on hand, and will provide them as long as this isn’t abused. We ask you leave $0.75 per soda and $0.50 per water. The “profits” are going toward a soda machine for the sessions.

these still going down weekly? I didn’t realize there were get-togethers in Davis, would love to start coming out and getting back into the scene. Is it all PS3? If not, I can at least bring my 360 stick.

Yeah, it’s all PS3. Stop on by. Sessions in town pretty much died and this is us trying to rebuild, so come on out and show your support!

Sounds like a few new people are showing up today! We’ll be watching devastation on the TV today with an ae and marvel setup on ps3/Asus monitors. Also we just got a couple of eightarc sticks so people can a get hands-on.
