It’s great if you have no problem with doing soldering. The PCB only costs $20 unassembled and it can easily be piggybacked onto your 360 PCB (very clean compared to the old dual PCB mod).
If you can’t solder very well, then you can pay $40 for a preassembled one with screw terminals and you can do the entire dual PCB mod with only minimal soldering (you have to solder two wires to the 360 pcb, one for ground and +5v).

cthulhu is the best option for a multiconsole stick because it is the only common ground ps3 pcb out there unless you gut a pcb from something like an hrap3 or madcatz se/te. they are really easy to install and are really easy to piggyback with a 360 pcb. you can even get them with support for psx/xbox1/gamecube. just read this thread http://forums.shoryuken.com/showthread.php?t=162026

as what akuma001 and sleazoid said, you don’t exactly need to solder anything if you were to get an assembled board. Its practically an easy job to hook up the cthulhu.
One other thing, Its practically lag-free.

Allen " crazy cammy" is what i call it, haha too bad we didnt really get to play much at all, except for like… one match during casuals yesterday? but definitely wanna try ur cammy sum more, cuz its too rare to see ppl play her and are actually good in general.

i had a lot of fun out there, even though i showed up too late to play there were a lit of good matches and the finals were great, hope to make it to the next one too and maybe play next time.
