I can’t find any competition in my area. I am not from here and I just started playing fighting games again after a 2 year break (i had to travel the country, party, and get into trouble). Now I am ready to play again but there is noone to play that is any good. Which is sad cause i am really rusty.
Is there something I need to buy to play SF online, or MvC2 or whatever for PS2?

That completely depends on what gams you play. I dont personally know any one in Owensboro
whos really great at Cvs2 Mvc2 or 3s. But if your looking for older fighting games (SNK or Capcpm) Down load mame and get your self some ROMs. (Dont ask on here either. We dont want to get banned) If youre a traviling man you might want to check out new york to find some of thebest players on your cost for 3s cvs2 and mvc2.
Also check for a forum about your city here on srk. Most of the ciys that have a sf scean will have their own thread. Besides there , theres not much that can be said or done good luck.:tup:
Thanks Shiro. Well i finally settled down for now, and I don’t think my girl will let me go to NY to play games. (she doesn’t understand us gamers). But i will just have to keep searching. I may have to teach everyone here how to play!!
