i read on a website that a srteetfighter 2 live action movie is in the works. Is there any true to that???
Considering it was released 10 years ago, I think it would be true.

What the hell, it might be fun to watch. I just hope they don’t try to put Urien or Gill in the movie. It’s one thing to have those characters animated, but i’m not down to watch real life dudes fighting in thongs.

^^ Indeed. Word of a second movie is terrible, terrible news.
What I do know is that Dolph Lundren is supposed to be in it. Van Dam, the actors who played Ryu and Ken are all slated to return. I don’t know abou Ming Na, (prooly not due to her TV work) and since the girl who played Cammy was Kily Monogue (I know I spelled her name wrong, but she sang “Can’t get you out of my Head”) is not returning, she is being replaced by another Aussie Actress.
I haven’t heard anything in a long while. Hopefully someone pulled the plug on this train wreck waiting to happen.
As for my cast choices, I’d love to see Kelly Hu as Chun-Li and I don’t care about anyone else.
Casting picks:
Ryu - Keep Byron Mann. I think he could work if he had some decent writing.
Ken - Brad Pitt. Before you lynch me, go watch Fight Club.
Chun Li - Ming Na. Also could work with good writing.
Sakura - I’m tempted to say Chiaki Kuriayama (Gogo Yubari) but the nose and the EEEEEVIL STARE get in the way.
Karin - I’m tempted to make Karin a caucasian for the film and have a little cross Pacific rivalry going. Hey, it workd for Ryu & Ken. So, random blonde chick. Maybe someone from Team Jailbait.
