Street Fighter x Tekken v2013 FRAMEDATA (incl. DLC Chars)

For Cole, the description of his Super suggests it does damage on “whiff or block”. I suggest changing it to:
“If the initial hit misses or is blocked, a tornado is summoned and does 40x5 damage”.

Double post?

It still sounds like it does 40x5 damage on whiff or block

Thank you for your suggestion though. I’m instead going to make a separate row with projectile information just like Ibuki’s Super to eliminate any possible confusion.

hey Street for Ibuki, in the patch notes it says her Rapid kicks M/H verions were changed to +3 on block. But in Zuk’s and your notes it says -3 on block…which is it? Because I see Ibuki get CH’s constantly after doing that.

Ibuki
cl.HP: Active 2,2 (4)
cl.HK: Active 2,2 (4)
c.HP: On Hit +2 (0)
LP, MP, HP Raida: Start Up 2F (3)
EX Raida: Start Up 16F (8)
EX Kunai: Start Up 10F (11)
EX Kazakiri: Start up 6F (7)
**MK Tsumuji: On Block -3 (-1)
HK Tsumuji: On Block -3 (0) **
EX Tsumuji: Start Up 13F (14)
EX Neckbreaker: Start Up 16F (17)
Cross Art: Start Up 7F (6)

When in doubt - trust the doc.

zUkUu already answered it for you. Actually, the original patch notes (Japanese one) said they were changed to -3 on block.

Now it’s -3 on block. Alright when in doubt trust the doc…now where’s my apple?

I was looking through those notes again…Are the new values Link cancelable moves? Because I was testing Juri’s stuff and I was unable to punish Juri’s cr.mp with Ibuki’s super even though it says -1 on block. So does that mean the new values are Link cancelable into their old values?

There are a LOT of moves in the game that are -1 on block yet cannot be punished by Ibuki’s Super, and are not link-cancelable. They allowed the opponent to hold block Ibuki’s Super AFTER Ultra flash, and I believe this screwed up a lot of things.

As goes for Law’s super? Because I also couldn’t punish Juri’s Sweep or st.hp with law’s super despite being in range.

Ugh…this link cancel and frame advantage and disadvantage is giving me a headache.

On the note of fast punishes, exactly how many characters have sub-3 frame supers that they can punish stuff with? I know Ken and Ibuki’s supers have 2 and 1 frames of startup, respectively. Likewise, Gief’s FAB is zero-frame.

RD and I believe that it’s that’s under a 3f super.

Ah yeah, Raging Demon’s Zero-frame as well.

Oddly enough I find out of PBrange…Rd isn’t a super useful punish despite being a 0 frame startup. The grab range is kinda meh.

Well, I realized that from what I’ve tested so far, the moves that we “fixed” (-7 -> -8 on block, etc.) are link cancelable in most cases (which means it is -7 if you keep blocking and don’t jump for example, but it still is -8 if you jump). I’m not sure if this holds true for ALL of them.

Fair enough. So by that logic then I could possibly use Ex senpusha to beat out Law’s Super? If he blocked Juri’s st.Hp? I just want to get my facts straight so I’m ready and want to be spot on with Juri.

For Juri’s far st.HP and cr.HK, the answer is yes.

Excellent. Also It seems Juri’s Cl.Hk is also link cancelable on hit. After a CADC cl.Hk she should be -1 on hit, but I was able to link cancel that and strike the opponent with a 4f normal before they were able to leave the ground. Not sure if that’s possible without the CADC.

Link cancel is unrelated with CADC. Also, I believe she is 0 on hit CADC, ONLY IF the 1st hit has the same hitstun as the 2nd hit.

Well Juri’s Cl.Hk data

90 dmg, startup 12, active frame 2(2), recovery 23, hit 0, block -5. 1st hit does 45, 2nd hit does 45.

CADC forward. Since only the first hit is cancelable so I take the first 2 active frames -1 then add 1+23=24. CADC is 5, dash is 20. so 24-25=-1 on hit after a CADC forward. Did I miss anything? That’s what I got.
