@ Hugo Splash being 5 frames (at best > perfect timing) like Kuma’s and Giefs’s crossups > do you realize how slow are his attacks and his command throws compared to these two? Usually Hugo ends up like +2/3 where he get’s outjabbed out of any normal or special aside from EX Lariat, EX Grab, Super or Cross Art ( big lol @ how often you can actually land this)
The timer really should be about SF4 seconds.
Everything else? Good.
Just do regular balance updating and add in C.Viper, Bruce Irvin, Gan, and Honda at some point. Rufus should not have been here.
