If Makoto was in SFxT…EX Hayate = wall bounce, EX Oroshi = ground bounce
so she can do something like this: hit confirm into her EX Hayate, Fukiage xx jump cancel xx Tsurugi xx Hayate (or Oroshi if you want to stay in the opponent’s face)
Also, one of her normals could leave the opponent in a “staggered” state on counter hit so she can combo into her Karakusa…lol
F+MK staggers on CH, so you can link into cr.MP xx Hayate.

Lol wow. Not sure whether that’s because of multi hit though. Lars can’t KO with his AC as far as I know. Ken’s AC hits multiple times too right? I will check that out tomorrow/later today.
Yeah that’s true, there are quite a lot of multi hitting AC’s (Chun, Ryu,…). Could be a Cody only “issue”? Cool Kid came across this in one of his matches too…
Cody’s CC is random. Cody can’t KO Yoshi’s SWPM. but can KO jump-ins it seems

I was watching the pools without paying attention to the commentators so I can’t confirm this.
I wonder what they’re going to do to gauge interest for this game. I hope it won’t be a poll because we know how it will end up… just look at EH’s one on op + comments.
I think he was refering to Saki (the person who streamed SFxT pools) and I believe he was referring to SFxT at Capcom cup. I’m not 100% sure though.
Yeah I just read Cody&Guy18’s post on GD and came to the same conclusion. I’m already really hype for this tournament, and since they’re inviting players it wouldn’t surprise me if they use it to gauge interest on this game on it’s best day. (translated french expression lol, couldn’t find the english one)

Maybe Capcom Cup could be the answer to request a patch? The game will shine (due to the invited players) and will catch people’s attention. A sign that people care about SFxT! Contact with Capcom staff?

I sent the link to Dawgtanian a while ago and yesterday I sent it to Kelvin. I also asked Ono about SFxT via Twitter. I did my part, which is getting ignored :blue:
I’ll try to contact Kelvin through Youtube, see what gives. He did mention to talk with people at Capcom to get something moving for xT… This thread would be a nice base to build on!
Was just thinking about something: couldn’t it be that Cody’s CC KO’d Julia because your opponent switch cancelled right before your counter? Like in: alpha counters can’t KO active characters, but they can KO characters who are still on screen (but aren’t controlled by your opponent anymore)?
People mostly agree thinking it could have been the tag cancel. However, that doesn’t explain how other characters can do the same yet they can’t KO. I’m pretty sure we’ve all had those moments where you had to tag cancel a multi hitting special/normal to get you’re bleeding (5 to 10% health) character out, only to get both characters alpha countered (whether they’re active on screen or not). Normally, Julia should have got away with only a chunk of red life since the universal rule for AC’s is that they don’t KO. Cool Kid already mentioned this happening to him as well. Must be a specific “issue”.

Cody’s CC doesn’t happen just against switch canceling. It beats out jump-ins…like I said but can’t KO Yoshi’s swordpokewindmill…I tell you it’s random.
