You are correct! But as i stated before, sometimes they update XBL without “announcing” it and DLC comes out before the scheduled time. I’ll check periodically when I get home and will post if I find anything (throughout the night).

To be honest, patching all characters wasnt even necessary. The most important things got patched out, imo. Of course, there is a chance that they were planning patching whole roster, but something went wrong and we will get the changes in the next patch.
I still can’t download the DLC.

Oh shit, why did you remind me of how much I hated that matchup in SF4? I was liking Sakura just fine again over the past few months, playing CvS2 on an emulator, reading the Sakura Ganbaru, and watching people do tatsu loop stuff at evo. Now I gotta give her that awkward, semi terrified look whenever she shows up.
But gonna be honest here, I hope to hell blanka sucks ass. Sure, it’s hypocritical of me as I prefer everyone to be good, but that fucker annoyed the shit out of me for far too long.

yeah you can see the characters just no dlc to allow you to select them.
Positive, it’s 2MB. I can see all the characters right now, they’re not selectable but they’re there.
