If you can get yourself to a Strekken (SFxT) event supported by Capcom or MadCatz then there may be someone there able to let you demo one out. The chances arenāt great, but at the moment thatās the best the UK has to offer.

Mine comes in tomorrow, as for stick that you can buy new right now, I canāt think of a better one at the moment. I hear the Hori VLX is amazing but you canāt find that anywhere and it pretty big ha. Iāll post my impression tomorrow, hopefully it will put you at ease about it
Just got mines today this thing is huge like massive about the size of Chun Li thighs! Talking all my will power to not open it up since i donāt have the parts i need yet. Time to obtain Desk like execution! jk

what i would like to know is what the case feels like like is the sides like the te where its smother and the rest is like normal plastic or is it different
The whole outside V.S. Edition is same plastic.
Ordered one, and payed for on Friday. Payed for the best shipping, which is next day. Itās now Monday, and it has not even shipped out yet. If I donāt get it by tomorrow, I am going to raise hell and demand refund for shipping.

I believe shipping is done on business days (not weekends). And typically processing takes 24 hours at the minimum.
It depends on when you paid for it on Friday,
If you paid for it while they were closed, then your shipment would get processed on monday, and item shipped on tuesday.
On a side note, I get my VS on wednesday, butā¦I need to order my buttons from focusattack for my LED modā¦/slackin hardcore. Should I mod my Chun TE tooā¦
Whatās the story with the gutted Rd 2 TE, JDM? Customer mod job or just having fun deciding what youāll do with the case?
The V.S. is not as big as I thoughtā¦ I like it better than the TE-S case but man thatās not a big increaseā¦
At least they kept the button head/cap socket screws so that itās easy to remove the faceplate from the top and do something with the bottom side face.
I was a bit concerned Mad Catz would follow Horiās lead and delete the cap socket screws like Hori did with the HRAP V3/VX casesā¦
I know Mad Catz is following Japanese logic with the faceplate designs but with all that area on the V.S. faceplate why canāt they space the joystick and buttons a bit further apart? I donāt have huge hands myself but I think that at least another 1"-2" separation is more comfortable than the majority of Hori and Mad Catz designs.
My most comfortable Hori faceplates are my T5ās because I only bother to use the last six button holes. The increased space I get from not using those first two button positions makes the faceplate more comfortable for my handsā¦
The gutted TE was the TE I used the electronics for the Namco TE I modded.
I took out the PS3 stuff from the Namco TE, and put in Xbox 360 TE stuff.
Then I Dual Mod the TE.
Also put on one of my fifty-six Sanwa Limited Red Shaft Cover. :lovin:
