Street Fighter X (Cross) Tekken/Tekken X (Cross) Street Fighter

I dunno, Kazuya and Nina seem to have a bit more detail than Ryu and Chun. At the very least, they should go over the existing SF models and give them a once over.

I dunno, I always liked the informal audience that SF (and most 2D fighter’s) stages always seemed to have. In fact, it would be nice if they went the KoF route of having a large audience watching the fight.

Yeah, an audience in itself is not bad, but Ono likes having these idiots just falling all over themselves for no reason. “Whoops! I’m clumsy!” And they look like they have Down’s Syndrome: dopey, goofy faces. Tekken 6br had some non-descript people in the village stage that looked decent, and didn’t trip over themselves…until somebody bumped into them. Why does Ono have to go the clumsy retard route?

^Oh, come on! I know you enjoyed seeing the elephant bust his ass, or the guy falling off his delivery bike when the ultra finishes were pulled off. Don’t lie.

Yeah I agree wit Rhio . All the bumbling idiot stuff should either leave or be toned down. Like say have people placing bets on fighters or having Dan or Paul Phoenix giving away autographs. The emt workers trying to get out the giant robots grip was funny and much appreciated. If they could do a a little more work on the backgrounds it would be dope. All I gotta ask for is Oro to return this crossover would officially get the shit just got real label

Since this is a crossover game and we’re bound not to get everyone in the cast in for obvious reasons, I want cameos up the wazoo in the backgrounds, just like in CvS2.

Yes.

It looks like those Tekken guys hit fucking hard.

Ain’t that the truth?

Can’t stand FA’s

I wonder if they’re going to add SF characters who didn’t appear in SF4.

I think this game does have a parry system. Check this screenshot out. Image - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting

I’m all for parries as long as they’re not as prevalent as in 3S. Make it so that parrying isn’t always the best option.

Seems like the offensive game some(many?) have been waiting for.

well after coming back from TekkenZaibatsu, it seems that only about half the tekken community is actually behind this game. like you will here the stupidest BS about what they seen about the game, a example will be" tekken and street fighter go together like water and oil, what happens with the namco version? are tekken characters going to retain their movelists and have a HUGE advantage over the SF characters with their extremely limited movelists? also hadokens would be absolutely useless in the 3d realm, unless they track somehow, either way it will be broken"- its just all bad, you would figure they would be happy to see a crossover game but whatever right? they are just" what about the namco Ver. and will they make a true 3D version. dont get me wrong though they have people supporting this game too, its just that this isnt the time for either community to be complaining about a game that isnt coming out anytime soon…

It looks like a more mature game and hopefully deviating away from the cartoonish look of all the previous other SF games. Kazuya looks awesome with the dark ink outline, they need to make the SF cast look more rugged. Also get rid of focus attacks but somehow keep in FADC

but sfXtk uses the SFIV engine…and ryu and chun li’s character models were literally ported to this game, abet with new moves and stuff but they look virtually the same, not that its a bad thing…i actually came accustom to capcom’s new look. the one Interesting note i want to Bring up is, in Tekken every character had a P1 and a P2 costume. now will street fighter characters get a P2 costume? or will they just reuse alternates from SFIV? that and the wave dash that everyone is talking about is something very common in tekken, known as crouch dash, but in that game it ducks under high and mid attacks, and interestingly enough both Kazuya and Nina both have them.

Yeah. I don’t mind if SF characters play completely differently in TXSF to how did they in SF and SFXT just as long as they keep their basic character. Ryu would still be all rounder, Chun-Li would be quick, Zangeif slow and heavy hitting. If fireballs are non-existant or reduced significantly in their effectiveness then thats fine. TXSF shouldn’t have to bend to fit SF characters in. And if SF purists get mad about the changes then they don’t have to play it; the game is primarily for Tekken fans anyway.

any idea when we can expect some more gameplay or character footage?
i want to see more of this

Tgs?

probably…i thought sometime sooner but yeah i guess tgs is a good guess

I think it was tech grab
