its clearly early in his career…hasnt taken on his demonic look. though i think he shoulda been a bit bigger muscular wise personally.
my only real nitpick is that belt…its probably cause ive seen real age destroyed belts…but if its as old it kinda implies by the aging white…it should be torn up at the ends. but instead look like someone picked at it over the weekend to make it look that way. as well as the inside of the collars should be more worn out from constant pulling of the gi,putting it on…none of these are serious issues. just gives it more of an authentic worn out feel from a martial artists perspective.
Maxx is right. I remember when the did the first film with Ken and Ryu’s gi. How they looked was based upon the character themselves. Like how Ryu had a dirtier gi and it was more damaged whereas Ken’s gi looked brand new. Gouki has a good build going for him. The nose, mouth, and jaw look solid. The hair I can accept because it seems like they’re down the full transformation of Gouki. Shoulda kept the black gi though. Ryu Final and the Udon comic both had early SNH Gouki with his hair down.
Lol, people wanting our shotos to be big like Arnold in his prime. SF4 is an over exaggeration. They look fine size-wise. How would we find a Sagat or Zangief if that was the case? If anything I think Christian is like 2 inches taller than Mike which they should be same height I think? That would be too hard though, plus who else could portray them better than these two, they look pretty darn good.
no ones askin for arnold big…but dont act like their arent swole stunt men…or even that they couldnt have gotten bigger. look at what scott adkins did for some of his roles…swole as fuck.
There is no pleasing some folk, we had one guy spamming all the videos and facebook pages saying Chris had no right to play Ken because Ken is meant to be 3/4 Japanese. He went as far as saying that we were whitewashing
Wait till you see Ken’s trailer, I saw it and got hyped as fuck even having already seen the series
