I am not new to the franchise. I have always wondered why that character is used, when it very clearly means Heaven. My question was not any kind of trolling. The word Akuma is usually translated as having to do with demons or devils.
Last I checked, Kanji also means Chinese Characters.
It means a couple of things. Heaven, Ten, and I believe Fist as well.

Donāt view asian aesthetics with the lens of western sensibilities. In asia, there isnāt such a clear dichotomy between the divine and infernal. Thatās a judeo-christian thing.
