I also think Juri will most likely be in SFV.
Capcom put a lot of effort in a quite ok story for her,very unique character, hell she even has statues and gamepads with her when other characters that have been in the game longer then her got shit.
Ofc i may be wrong, but it would be a very poor decision by Capcom to not include her, looking at how well she was received by the community. She is a great character.
Ol’ man Gouken better be in also, though he is not that popular 
Considering She (along with abel and Rufus, though I’m don’t know how rufus made it in) got into SFxT whilst characters like Fei long and Viper didn’t…makes me wonder. Or even makoto. Juri is shoe-in. I also know she’ll be in TxSF as well. Either way, I’m hyped for her appearance. All she needs now is a few books and her own game and I can die happy.
That’s stupid reasoning since, like you said, Rufus also made it in the game, and the reason Fei Long and Viper didn’t make it into SFxT is because they aren’t staples either.
Fei long is a WW…the bruce lee of SF. Maybe I missed something with Rufus but Whatever. Not a big deal. Still Juri’s in. That’s all I care about.
Fei Long didn’t make it to SxT because Marshall Law was there.

They’ve already given her too much important in SF0 and SFIV, and she has even gotten a bunch of clones, just get rid of her.
I thought Gill was a cool character. Frustrating fight but a cool character, much more evil than Bison.
Which games was cammy left out of other than SF3 series and Alpha 1? SF3 didn’t even get Chun until third strike so that is kind of moot and Alpha 1 left out a ton of the world warriors and new challengers.
Hell, Cammy has a game named after one of her special moves “Cannon Spike”

Charlie - I would rather it be Guile since he’s faster and has more range than Charlie, but I’m curious to see how Charlie would work since he has a better crossup(mk), better c.hk, and the Crossfire Blitz super. Oh yeah, bringing back autocorrect FK is a must, no matter which character is brought back.
Birdie - the big characters looked awesome in SF4. I would love to see Birdie done in 3D with dashes, EX moves, etc. etc. He’s never had these in SF. His TAP style headbutts should be charged with one button though.
Necro - I used him in the SF3 series and would like to see how they could pull him off in 3D. He would probably suck though because of his design, capcom would have to purposely make him weak the way they made Dhalsim weak in SF4. No one likes being kept out all day, which is what Necro could do to you.
Couldn’t be happier that so many people ask for the return of Oro (Q also seems to have been mentioned a lot of times too:)).
Isn’t there a way to use a poll or something for characters that haven’t appered in IV?

- A new character with a move set similar to Jin’s from SFxT (postional fireballs + forward dash that could be cancelled into back dash at anytime made for a really interesting zoner)
Not a fan of Necro but I think his lightning type moves would work really well in the new serious / dark style of SFV. Birdie would also look pretty cool, it’d be neat to see a more serious take on his design.
