Would be cool if Capcom decides to put in a few of the darkstalkers characters, that franchise is almost destined to never a sequel anyway.
I see her more of a protagonist then antagonist. She’s not here to stop the good guys…she’s here to stop the bad guys…but she’ll kill the good guys if they get in her way. I’ve always seen Juri as more as neutral anti hero/villian character. Evil yes, but for her own goals. But who knows, the only thing I know is she wants shadaloo to burn for what they did to her. She has no plans for world domination. So…I’m going with anti hero.
If Seth ever comes back again, I want them to make him a even bigger asshole just so that people will be super angry with him. I like how so many people hate him. I find it funny.
As long as Poison stays, I’m good. Wouldn’t mind Q or Oro making a return though.
I’d be fine with no gief if they put haggar in the game.

Rufus!** Such a great troll and great fun to play. Instant divekicks are a bit dumb, but he has proper weaknesses to compensate.

Juri! Best character design and playstyle of the new-for-SF4 characters.
Out of the SF3 cast I’d like to see Alex and Oro make a return. Also very unique and neat playstyles.

Street Fighter should have mainly characters that resemble fighting styles plus true “street fighters” like Cody and Poison. Like SF1.
Thus I want these iconic martial artists to return:
Fei Long - Bruce Lee must be in
Ibuki - SF needs a real ninja. Just remove her vortex.
Sagat - the Muay Thai emperor
Haggar can be in, at the expense of Zangief. Both would be overkill. Anyways diversity is the most important thing and you know what that means? With limited roster spots, there should only be one shoto, only one of the twins, only one doll if any. There should be a lot of new characters, the returning ones should be as diverse as possible. Anyways something like this.

Juri seems super popular. I wonder if Capcom gonna listen.
She’s practically a icon of the series now. Funny she’s only been in two games and she’s already a huge hit. Everyone likes the psycho’s. They bring much to the table. Personality, power, charm they got it all. And to top it off she’s independent and she’s neutral. that wild card. Gotta love it. Can’t wait to see some FSE power up action mid play.

but Juri was a new character. Maybe one of SF5’s new characters will be even better than Juri!
I love Juri to death. She’s irreplaceable to me. Yes Juri was a newcomer (an excellent one at that), to me. My character goal is complete. I got everything I need. Plus they wouldn’t add another evil, psycho, FSE wielding chick anyway. The new female character will definitely be a good girl. The only thing Juri is missing is a command grab. Other then that she has everything else, personality, a counter, a unique fireball, a dive kick, charm, a kick ass booster, design. She practically fills the check marks of what I want in a character, minus the command grab. oh she’s fast AND displays a few DBZ moves. No new character can compete with that for me.
Vega. Please. 
Give me all the 3rd stroke characters that got no love in 4 series and round out the rest of the cast with returning favs and the 4 specific characters
