Q IS very popular, he places disproportionately high on popularity polls despite his single appearance and bottom tier status. Ono or Ayano must be the ones hating his guts, enough to press Harada into announcing he wasn’t going to appear in TxS even without having the game developed at all.

It’s been far too long since one of the best characters in SF3 made an appearence. Especially since he was suppose to be a main storyline character.
- Urien. Without a doubt one of the coolest characters ever with one of the best supers of all time.
How many characters have ripped Urien off with ghetto, lesser versions of Aegis Reflector? Too many. Time for the best to come back.
- Pick em, Poison, Cody and Guy should all be series regulars imo. They are all very popular with unique styles.
Same for Juri. BY FAR the best character to come out of SF4. Honorable mention to Viper but Juri should be a SF staple character.
I think Juri will be in most SF games from now on imo. Capcom put too much work into her character development to drop it after SF 4.
Very unique character,interesting story,huge fan favorite and so on. If not in the initial roster then with future DLC for sure.
Juri even got into spinoff stuff like Project x Zone, I think she’s here to stay.

I wouldn’t use that small detail as a “definitely”. It’s still a chance, but not a definitely. That billboard pic was also released before SFxT was. So you could say that Alex should’ve been a definite for SFxT, but that obviously that wasn’t the case. Same for Sodom. So I’d take things like that with a grain of salt.
