Can’t even imagine the shit storm this woulda’ been had the game released without a beta.
While I’m disappointed about the issues, I’m super happy they are doing this.

The entire point of the beta is to test the game’s online infrastructure. Test the netcode, server load, character delivery system for DLC, etc. Whatever they had in place obviously didn’t work. This was the same issue that fucked Driveclub and that was a launch and not a beta.
It’s beta time again. Let’s hope this goes better than last time.

You can tell it’s going to work, when a bar says you’ve succesfully logged in appears shortly after the other one that says “logging in” pops up. It’s usually a few seconds after, any longer and you’re probably not getting in.
Sadly I’ll have to work later. Buuuut i still have about 6 more hours of smashing left.
