Damn i’ve download the beta + update and when i try to start it the game just goes for a black screen, doesn’t even show “beta hasn’t started” or anything. Anyone got this too?

If you’re a fighting game player there is practically 0 reason to have an XBOne at this point, KI is going to be on PC.
It starts at around 2AM for me, I’m gonna get some sleep early and wake up around 4AM and play as long as my body allows me.

Well I played on a Madcatz TE stick for a while and the Hori Vrap 5 was my first Hori stick ever and I kinda like it. The Hayabusa stick feels better to me and also the bigger Kuro buttons are really nice for my sausage fingers. >_> 
That is what i’m wondering as well. Like, why promote streaming but then block the PS4 built-in streaming app? Makes no sense.

Do you have the Black and red import? I got the same one if you do, a weird departure from the signature sanwa clicky buttons, but damn these kuro’s are responsive. You graze the buttons and they freaking work. This is the only stick that’s allowed me to play metal slug 3 from start to end without getting hand and finger cramps.
Well this wouldn’t matter to me and most players, since playing with people from other continents is never going to be a great experience, at least until internet tech has leveled up worldwide. I have no interest in playing against people from Europe or asia, and will avoid them when/if possible; however, this is a beta, so I can’t really complain if I am matched against those players unwillingly.
My #1 goal with the beta, is to get a feel for SF5, report glitches, and give netcode feedback for situations that I will actually partake in once the game is released. Since I will probably never willingly play against those from other countries once the game is commercially available, I will make no effort to go out of my way to test cross-country connections.
If this is something you guys will do when the game is out, go ahead and play against other countries all you like. It’s just not something I wanna do.

it could just be blocked at the beginning as there could be a NADA or something else that needs to be agreed to before you even start the game. Is this you guys first beta? its common practice to have segments non recordable.
Yea I imported it from Japan. It was terrible to get it through German customs, but it was definitely worth the wait.

I love it. I still like my Madcatz TE stick and it will be fine for my Xbox and PC, but overall I prefer the Hori now. =)
Someone obviously hasn’t tried GGPO. While they’re not ideal, transcontinental connections are still quite playable in GGPO as long as the ping time is decent.
you’re gonna need some external hardware to stream it. Share function won’t be available.
This isn’t my first by any means. This is definitely the first one that has blocked me from streaming from the PS4 though. I have beta tested Destiny, The Crew, Planetside 2 and Rocket League with no restrictions.

Does anyone know if friend invites are possible on the beta? I don’t think so, but want to make sure. It would be nice to be able to play with my buddies who also got the beta.
