As for now (2014-12-17) you still cannot watch the 1080p60fps with Firefox 34.0.
Watch the 1080p60fps with newest Google Chrome Version 39.0.2171.95 m
or
newest InternetExplorer on Windows 8.1 (Win7 IE wont show you 60 FPS Videos!!!).

LOL, I laughed the most when you asked Microsoft if using turbo was considered a cheat, even though Microsoft has nothing to do with Streetfighter and if ANYTHING, you have to ask Capcom.
Oh no, wait, I also liked it when you said that using turbo and Macros would make the fighting game scene very high skilled, even though Pros can already do anything you can only do with turbo… but with skill, not using a shortcut that completely overrides the appeal of playing a fighting game competetively in the first place.
But hnoestly, I don’t think you are that stupid. You know it’s idiotic to use turbo (or at least to act like it’s a good thing to do), you simply follow the old principle that if you’re doing something unusual (or laughable, in your case), at least be the “best” at it.
