Good videos, man. I really felt bad at how bad skryba was destroyed by rockhoward’s chun.

Poor guy was being outpoked, outthrown, and out-mind fucked.

Good stuff

Looked like Chun-Li knew the match well, and “Claw” didn’t. Not a lot of good Claw’s out there, so he probably is used to the other guy being unfamilar with the matchup. It’s hard for “Claw” to survive once people understand the matchup and how it should go. Hence the low-tier rating. But still, good stuff.

In general the tournament was great. I have seen the UK videos and it seems the actual venue was better (big screen, announcer etc.) but at our Spanish tournament there where some great people, great atmosphere and some very interesting matches.

Skryba certainly took the place by storm: noone expected his Claw and in all of the matches leading to the final he played some great footsies, great mindgames and he had some really good execution with little errors (perhaps he messed up the ultra in the game vs Sakuragi’s Boxer)

With regard to Rockhowar, I was very curious to see if he was as good offline and he seems to be online. Very true. He started a bit unsure of himself, but then very soon he got into his pace and varied between a more oportunistic / patient Chun and a great rushdown Chun with some nice combos in other matches.

Kudos to everybody that was there, thanks for the great time and the best of luck to rockhowar!
