This is similar to the Street Fighter IV PS3 Matchmakingthread started by Hyuga except it is only for People in Europe. I got tired of sifting through hundredes of players from the USA and decided to make a post dedicated to matchmaking for the European countries.
So anyway similiar posting rules as in Hyugas thread.
