Side note and question on Flash/Nicovids:
When I load this or other nico vids on my computer the quality is terrible.
But I was out of town and used my brothers computer to view some other nico vids, and the videos looked much higher quality.
I’ve right clicked the screen and set the “quality” to High" and I’ve right clicked “settings…” and set “local storage” to unlimited.
Quality is still bad.
Anyone have any idea how to change the quality being viewed?
UPDATE: the nicovids look great on my Firefox, seems like an Internet Explorer problem. Any idea how to make the vids dl/view as better quality on Internet Explorer?

oh man, akimo is so good. I was just watching the match from nohoho’s post where daigo beats him.
Am I seeing this right, did a pad player win the whole thing? He’s not so bad, but it looks like he has his own limitations. It took him a while to pull off Rog’s Ultra after a headbutt.

I was kinda surprised after I saw the videos. I got an invitation to the championships but had no time that weekend and I didn’t want to go anyway and get my ass beat up by some 12 year olds.
After the videos I just thought “damn, maybe you would have won this thing!”

No other Honda player can nail links and HHS combos like Akimo. It’s like he’s playing Honda at 100% while the other top Hondas are only playing him at 75%, if that. His air game is ridiculous too. The way he uses neutral j.FP and j.MP to stuff air attacks is inspiring. He also keeps his cool on wake-up and techs throws rather than getting jumpy and doing sumo splashes like most Hondas. He makes Honda’s toughest match-ups look effortless.
