If this was posted in any other section, the responses would’ve been much different. 
Smurvis: 360 motions in SF4 are much much more lenient than any other Street Fighter game. Just practise them on your hori. It’s not the best stick no, but the stick is probably a much smaller factor than the difference between the games.
