Hi everyone, it’s been a while since I posted here.

Lately I’ve been playing around with my jailbroken iPhone 4, and I made a SF3 theme~
All SF3 sprites and BGs were taken from www.zweifuss.ca, and all the super deformed SF character heads used in the icons are done by nJoo. Everything else is either screencapped from CPS3 or done from scratch.
I’m not an expert at iPhone modding, this one was just for fun, so please don’t ask me too many technical questions that I probably can’t answer:china:

Notes:

  • **This only works if you jailbreak your iPhone 4. Do so at your own risk! **(you can still use the wallpapers if you don’t wan’t to jailbreak.)
  • This is only for iPhone 4 right now, i don’t have time to make low-res versions of all the images, sorry.
  • The fireball actually moves when you swipe it to unlock, and then it plays a “hadoken!” sound.:wgrin:
  • The battery charge screen is a super bar that fills up as your battery charges up.:china:

HOW TO INSTALL:

Step 1: Jailbreak your iPhone 4. I used limera1n

Step 2: Download and install WinterBoard from Cydia.

Step 3: Reboot your iPhone 4.

Step 4: Get root access to your iPhone. I used iPhoneBrowser

Step 5: Download the SF3.zip theme and extract it somewhere.

Step 6: Copy its contents to the Winterboard directory (private/var/stash/theme.xxxx) of your iPhone 4

Step 7: Navigate to Winterboard app and select the SF3 theme you have copied.

Step 8: Respring and you’re done.

HADOKEN SOUND:

Step 1: Download the .caf file

Step 2: Go to this folder on your iPhone: /System/Library/Audio/UISounds

Step 3: You will see all your iPhone sounds here, including unlock.caf. Rename this file to something else.

Step 4: Copy the hadolock.caf into the UISounds folder, and rename it to unlock.caf

Step 5: Go to Winterboard and respring, or restart your iPhone.

WALLPAPER (No Jailbreak needed):

Step 1: Download the Wallpaper files.

Step 2: Unzip them into the folder where you sync your photos in iTunes.

Step 3: Sync!

Step 4: Find the images on your phone and set them as your Home and Lock screen wallpaper.

ENJOY!

I don’t have a camera, and i can’t use my phone to videotape itself… maybe i’ll use a friends’ phone later. I’ll post it here if i get around to that.

You could make it work for 3GS if you took all the images and downres’d them to work in the 3GS’ native resolution. I was just too lazy to do it myself ^^;
