I beat his alex with my ken by only using shoryukens and then he called me a tier whore scrub. This comes off as completely disingenuous. It sounds like you just don’t really want anyone’s input nor do you want anyone else attempting to make a hack that could be better received than your own. You’re whole attitude is fucked up regardless of motive. This is the type of information that should be out there for everyone because it could only benefit the players. For every “Super Pimp Bros” this spawns, it could also create “Mario Adventure”. Just something to think about.
Anyway, I don’t see why this couldn’t be done with a hex editor and a shit load of patience/dedication. Doesn’t MAME have patch codes and a memory viewer? Pretty ridiculous to claim some sort of secret method when you can just make a bunch of patch codes.

RVN is on GGPO sometimes but he seems very arrogant and I honestly do not believe he is all that great in 3S. I have tried talking to him once on there and he didn’t bother responding to me so I got no time for him either.
3S is fine how it is. IF and only IF anything HAS to be done to it (by Capcom of course) then ONLY minor tweaks, very minor teaks.
