Actually its not that bad if its from the early 90s. The costumes are sorta on point. And is… this… maybe… the first 3D rendition of the SF characters?
Did anyone get the feelings they used SFII Animated Movie as an inspiration? Bison sounds similar to him here. They def went with the USA cartoon for Ryu’s voice.
Also the fireballs to the balls, honestly… you went through all that trouble just to make this short film and you couldnt adjust the angle so it wasnt clocking him in the balls?
